Técnico /a de Licitaciones (construcción)

Nuestro cliente es un grupo empresarial referente en los sectores de la construcción, la tecnología y la ingeniería del agua, los servicios y los materiales

Para la sede de Barcelona, deseamos ampliar el equipo con un/a Técnico de licitaciones para realizar las siguientes funciones:

  1. Estudiar el proyecto de la obra a licitar, analizando el pliego de condiciones y
    distribuyendo la diferente documentación a tramitar
    2. Contactar con industriales y proveedores para conseguir ofertas.
    3. Confeccionar el presupuesto del proyecto.
    4. Elaborar la documentación técnica necesaria (memoria tecnica, planificación de obra,
    mejoras constructivas, memoria ambiental y de seguridad y salud) para la licitación, así
    como coordinar con el Personal Técnico de Instalaciones, CPA, y Administrativo/as de
    Estudios para la preparación del resto de la documentación a presentar.
    6. Visitar los terrenos donde está prevista la obra, con la finalidad de recabar información
    que no está plasmada en el proyecto. (función muy puntual)
    7. Recoger información sobre la obra a ofertar
    8. Analisis de resultados de la oferta presentada

OFRECEMOS:

  • Incorporación inmediata e indefinida en empresa de primer nivel.
  • Lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 18:00 horas y los viernes de 8:00 a 14:00 horas
