MISSION:

  • The Mission of this position is to support the marketing team for the different strategic fragrance categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care)

FUNCTIONS:

  • Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories.
  • Design data reports coming from the following sources: Euromonitor, Mintel and WGSN.
  • Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for all categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care) on Canva.
  • Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.
  • Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Home & Personal Care; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.
