Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5 to 7 people: identify training needs, develop versatility, evaluate employees, etc.

Buscamos un/a Especialista en gestión de la Calidad para uno de nuestros clientes del sector aeronáutico para trabajar en sus instalaciones en Vitoria.

La persona que se incorpore tendrá las siguientes funciones:

• Mantenimiento sistema de calidad de la empresa, certificado según ISO 9001, EN 9100, PECAL y NADCAP: incluyendo las auditorias de mantenimiento y recertificación.
• Preparación de dosieres de certificación de procesos especiales para los distintos OEMs (Airbus, Embraer, Boeing…). Dicha preparación implicará el estudio previo de las normas, evaluación del coste de mantenimiento de dichas certificaciones, elaboración del propio dosier de certificación… y por último la realización de la auditoría.
• Respuesta a clientes de INCs: elaboración 8D…
• Gestión APQP en fase de industrialización de la nuevas piezas: Manufacturing Flow Chart, AMFE, Plan de Control, Plan de industrialización…
