  • A degree in computer sciences, business informatics or comparable qualification

Your Tasks

Within our Analytics domain, you are part of a community of cloud engineers and BI experts. You help to build our cloud-based analytics platform and support the integration and implementation of use cases with our stakeholders.

 

These are the main tasks:

  • The development, implementation and maintenance of Google Cloud infrastructure for data analytics pipelines (e.g. ETL, data science and reporting)
  • The configuration of cloud infrastructure and its services with Terraform ?

The i2CAT Foundation (Barcelona) is opening a position to advance in the research and innovation field of real-time distributed video services, involving immersive media formats like volumetric video.

The candidate will join the Media & Internet Area (MIA) of i2CAT, which is composed of over 14 experienced researchers and engineers in the fields of distributed and interactive multimedia systems and media processing, and is involved in relevant R&I projects with the European and national ecosystems, in close collaboration with key players from academia and industry.

This area is seeking a highly motivated and talented Unity Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should not only have a strong background in Unity development but also skills in other programming languages, particularly in C++. Additionally, having experience in Android development and working on the maintenance of a Unity SDK would be a significant plus. The candidate will be in charge of maintaining and improving the Holoconference Unity SDK called HoloMIT, implementing new features, integrating in-house new Holographic pipelines and optimizations.

Moreover, the candidate will be involved in cutting-edge research, innovation and development tasks. The Robotics and Automation Unit of Eurecat Technology Center (Barcelona) is looking for a highly motivated researcher to work in Autonomous Navigation for Ground Mobile Robots, with relevant experience in path planning and SLAM. The candidate will work with different challenges involving autonomous operations in agriculture, logistics, healthcare, advanced manufacturing and others. We are looking for candidates with good level of software development for robotics solutions (including ROS/ROS2), preferably with experience with robotics platforms and field experiments.

Overall, the robotics group is specialized in applied research and development on Service and Industrial Robotics. Our objective is to increase the level of robot autonomy and intelligence to enable more complex robotics behaviours. Your Profile

  • Several years of experience as a Security expert (m/f/d) with a strong interest in cybersecurity technologies 
  • In-depth knowledge of application development processes and at least one programing or scripting language (e.g., Java, Scala, C#, Ruby, Perl, Python, PowerShell)
  • Hands on experience with testing frameworks such as the PTES and OWASP
  • Applicable knowledge of Windows client/server, Unix/Linux systems, Mac OS X, VMware/Xen, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills

Your Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Data Security Engineer (m/f/d) to join us! The Robotics and Automation Unit of Eurecat Technology Center (Barcelona) is looking for a highly motivated Robotics engineer with special interest in applied R&D. This specific vacancy is seeking people with passion for robotics, software and artificial intelligence regardless the amount of experience and age.

We need candidates with good level of Software development for robotics solutions (including ROS) and a particular interest in specializing and developing a career in some of this research challenges (HRI, planning, learning, navigation, manipulation, perception, etc)

Our group is specialized in applied research and development on Service and Industrial Robotics. Our objective is to increase the level of robot autonomy and intelligence to enable more complex robotics behaviours. Our projects cover a wide range of robotics topics and sectors such as advanced manufacturing, field robotics (agriculture and others), logistics, healthcare, inspection and maintenance, etc.
