The Business Analystis responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into functional speci?cations for the broader Business Intelligence Team.This rolewill collaborate cross functionally (with a variety of functions and focus areas) toensure business leaders are armed to make informed and timely decisions through the design and implementatoon of visualsolutions. The Business Analyst is critical in transforming data into actionable insights and theyarekey contributors to the success of projects and initiatives by ensuring that alignment with organizational goals.

• Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and documents business requirements, objectives, and goals
• Process Analysis:Analyze existing business processes and work?ows to identify ine?ciencies,bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Feasibility Studies:Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments t evaluate the potential bene?ts and risks of proposed solutions
• Solution Design:Work with cross-functional teams to design, test,and document functional speci?cations, user stories, and use cases
• Data Analysis& Interpretation:Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insightsand recommendations tosupport data-driven decision making
• Reporting:Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate ?ndings to stakeholders and/or arm stakeholders with access tooperational performance in a timely fashion
• Automation:Continuously develop and maintain data automation processes to streamline recurring data tasks and reporting
• Documentation:Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, documents,process ?ow diagrams, best practices, and user manuals
• Testing Support:Assis in test panning and execution, including testcase development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking
• Change Management:Support change management activities by helping todevelop communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies
• Project Management:Participate in project planning, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that project goals and timelines are met
• Stakeholder Communication:Maintain e?ective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement, track solutions success, and recommend enhancements or new solutions to improve e?ciency and e?ectiveness
