The project!

Our Area Managers, are our brand ambassadors throughout all SIS / Departmental stores. Leading the store staff team to ensure performance metrics and sell out targets in each point of sale while making sure our brands image stays aligned with our standards.

What will the role entail?

Attract, retain and keep the teams engaged and highly motivated.
Complete recruitment process by incorporating talented candidates into the group. Training and onboarding of new team members, targeting continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills and customer service excellence.
Analysis of SIS financial results vs budgets.
Coordinate and guide teams into achieve results according to internal KPI’s.
Provide mentoring where the professional development of employees is a priority, including conflict management by confronting the situation in the most effective way.
Define job schedules for each SIS / Store staff to optimize results
Build up stronger relationships with ECI management in order to help achieve business results.
Analyze key market competitor’s developments, including performance, consumer and regional market trends.
Ensure the staff follows ECI business-oriented methodologies and procedures, while achieving our internal procedures and processes.
Fluent and strong team communication with the internal departments such as commercial teams, Shop & construction, planning and merchandising department, in order to optimize and ensure the smooth operations of SIS.
Provide to the store staff teams the VM guidelines and trainings of the AWWG Group brands for an optimum collections display at store.

Mision:

MISSION

Reporting to IT delivery Service Manager you will contribute significantly to the exciting digitalization journey facilitating knowledge, processes and technology within an environment of efficiency, growth and innovation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coordinate and execute the projects assigned to him/her. Support group companies to optimize their management and decision making.
Participate in the design of project execution strategies, architectures and planning.
Work with the different Project Managers and Key Users.
Support configurations and assist in functional change requests.
Participate in the implementation of new solutions.
Training internal business units.
Dealing with the internal customer with a close, honest and differential approach.
Contact with key users and Business Partners to analyze needs and define SAP solutions in the field of Quality and Plant Maintenance, participating in all phases of the project life cycle.
Collaborate with the business in the implementation of S/4HANA, as an active member of IT, being the bridge between the business and the implementer in the different SAP roll-outs in the different companies of the group.
Ensure a global, homogeneous and scalable system to the different business units and companies.
Responsibility for keeping up to date with the improvements introduced in the SAP standard product in the affected functionalities.

The candidate will conduct researches with the objectives of mapping the market, identifying potential candidates and will participate to the search strategy. She/he will work directly with the Partners in Page Executive Switzerland and will provide support to the entire team with the following responsibilities:

Support the development of a national or international search strategy and pre-select professionals
Is constantly in contact by phone, email with a network of Executive candidates
Learn more about the client and its relevant industry, competitors and its market position and be able to apply that knowledge to the search process
Develop active & passive candidate pipelines for existing and future mandates
Active involvement in the search selection process (from evaluation to contract management)
Member of the European Researcher team
Identify target companies and individuals using various resources including in-house databases, associations, directories and Internet
Maintain market information with web sites, trade journals and industry specific conferences for current and future searches
Responsible for all open applications
Ad hoc project administration duties as and when required
Will participate to identify Business opportunities
