We are looking for a night auditor for our hotel, with studies in Tourism or similar, responsible and dynamic people, with high level of German (minimum B2) and English (C1). You will have 1 meal a day included and accomodation for the beginning. 

 

What will you be responsible for?

· Welcoming customers upon their arrival.

· Presentation of the establishment and information on the tourist activities of the city or the proximity of the hotel.

· Check-in and check-out.

· Providing room keys.

· Taxi or entertainment reservations for hotel guests.

· Management group reservations.

· Pay attention to customer requests and queries.

· Answer emails and calls.

· Ensure that the stay of the customers went well.

An international pharmaceutical company with constantly growing market share and strong reputation, with a new manufacturing facility in Barcelona, is looking for an Electric Leader reporting to the Maintenance Manager with experience in Pharma industry to impact the OEE and reduce downtime performing corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities.



The Electric Leader will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will perform daily checks and maintenance on facility equipment and systems, while following cGMP standards and corporate safety policies.
  • Principal responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of plant utility systems under the direction of the Facilities Head .
  • Perform corrective maintenance and routine preventative maintenance on facilities equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete work orders, logs and forms following cGMP documentation practices.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of plant equipment, including high pressure steam boilers; chillers; heating/cooling air handling units; process waste treatment systems; CIP equipment; water purification system (water softening and carbon bed filtration, reverse osmosis equipment, deionization equipment, sanitary pumps, multi-effect distillation equipment); tank mixers; air compressors and dryers; and chilled water distribution systems.
  • Specify and complete vendor search for electrical, mechanical, and piping materials to fabricate and install modifications and complete repairs on equipment; provide maintenance services and technical assistance to all departments.
  • Respond to service calls and conducts repairs throughout the facility.
  • You will operate independently while performing routine maintenance and receive minimal instruction on new assignments.
