This role will develop B2B marketing tactics in the U.S. and Canadian markets by executing multiple marketing functions, including design, and delegating to other copywriters, designers, and marketing specialists when support is needed.
It’s essential for this position to establish efficiencies to improve communications and workflows with our travel partners. The aptitude to collaborate cross-department is vital to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively support the media buy schedules for suppliers in the trade industry, including managing any communications and deadlines accordingly. Manage up any missing deadlines or information required to complete tasks.
  • Build and manage an annual marketing tactics calendar to clearly outline the deliverables required for contracted strategic partnerships.
  • Deploy monthly emails that not only focus on advertising client special offers, but also general knowledge, sales tips, and specific product information updates.
  • Establish impactful representation of our brand at events and tradeshows through exhibit and swag design.
  • Planning and execution of external communications regularly to travel advisors to promote and sell our resorts, both through email and social media channels.
  • Work with BDM’s to establish regular updates to travel advisor databases.
  • Manage and update all trade marketing pieces, including ads, brochures, and flyers to ensure that the Sales team is consistently working with relevant pieces.
  • Research, plan and execute future improvements to B2B channels including but not limited to social media and websites.
  • Revise annually established marketing presentations in English and Spanish, and develop a roadmap for potential presentations required to better sell the product.
  • Ability to manage, and also execute, both digital and print design projects.
  • Adapt campaigns, communications, and product messaging for B2B audiences, but also consider clientfriendliness for travel advisors to easily share with mutual guests.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively design for various applications including brand identity, print ads for sales, exhibit and tradeshow events, promotional products, email and digital marketing campaigns, and website design.
  • Lead by example, continually learning new skills and stay on top of trends as design and marketing evolves.
  • Learn the product in order to position KSP’s to travel advisors.
  • Assist in coordinating work schedules with the other managers, to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop and refine design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Provide feedback, guidance, and support to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet objectives.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design
    standards.

  • Offer constructive feedback and implement revisions as needed to maintain high-quality output

PRIMARY PLANT SCHEDULER - BELGIUM

We are looking for a Primary Plant Scheduler to join our client's projects in Charleroi - Belgium. This position requires 100% on-site work in Belgium.

Roles and responsibilities:

Ensure the scheduling of a line (e.g. light PPE sheet metal) within the planning and scheduling teams, in order to guarantee the deliveries required by our assembly plants and/or our customers.

Job functions:

Working closely with planning teams, CDCs and production management (line managers and team leaders), the main tasks will be:

  • Coordinate the supply of raw materials, components, tooling and manufacturing ranges according to the planning schedule.
  • Using planning tools, draw up a detailed schedule for each stage of production, taking into account technical and organizational constraints.
  • Monitor production progress on a daily basis, updating KPIs and reporting.
  • Participate in various operational production meetings. Bring the notion of “deadline” to these meetings and set up an action plan with production managers.
  • Manage production contingencies (NCR, breakdowns, SCRAP, etc.) and adapt schedules accordingly.
  • Build and present weekly load/capacity analyses in line with customer requests, technical and organizational constraints, and hazards encountered on the line, in coordination with the scheduler and line manager.
  • Check data consistency in the SAP system and update MRP parameters.
  • Manage inventory on a long-term basis to optimize stock-taking.

We are looking for a Senior Contracting Manager to join our team in Palma. As a Senior Contracting Manager, you will be responsible to maintain and increase revenue by achieving contracting targets and exploring new business opportunities in accordance to guidelines, standards and strategies of the company in the assigned area.   • Ensure contracts targets are met and maintains/grows production in the designated areas.

What will I do?

Safety engineering

  • Identify aircraft safety requirements through design engineering documentation review (such as contract, engineering drawings, procedures) to establish and verify that product architecture, components, plans, and procedures meet all applicable Safety regulations for fabrication, test, flight and all operations of the product life cycle.
  • Identify hazards and propose mitigations associated with the procurement, manufacture, assembly, testing, operation and maintenance of aircraft, aircraft systems and support equipment.
  • Perform hazard analysis according to the standards present in the industry, such as: Preliminary System Safety Assessment (PSSA), Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA), System Safety Assessment (SSA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), etc.
  • Support customer engineering design teams in decision making processes that lead to a compliant aerospace product as well as the substantiation of safety to achieve certification

R&M engineering

  • Perform industry analyses such as Functional Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Assessment (RA)
  • Support the collection and analysis of failure data by means of a FRACAS process and contribute to the design of adequate software tools to transform failure data in valuable Reliability insights
  • Extract data from Reliability standard databases such as FIDES, MIL-HBK-217, RIAC and others to calculate the Reliability Prediction (RPA) of airborne systems and components
  • Perform MSG-3 methodology to build maintenance plans for aerospace products according to reliability and safety requirements and optimization of maintenance schedules

Tools development

  • Participate in the design review, developing and testing of Robin RAMS, software analysis tool for RAMS engineering developed in-house.

The i2CAT Foundation is looking for a Director to lead the Software Networks (SN) research area.

The SN area of i2CAT investigates intelligent service and resource orchestration & management solutions combined with intent based networking to cater the requirements of verticals and its applications for next generation networks. The SN Area focuses on:

  • Exploring and defining new ways to manage the networks of the future.
  • Developing new architecture paradigms that go beyond current technologies.
  • Enabling new features and new infrastructure business models through the integration of novel technologies.
  • Deploying experimental infrastructures for research and innovation of advanced network technologies.

The SN research team has a long track of participation in EU R&D projects, mainly related to the 5G/6G area of heterogeneous network management in multi-tenant environments dealing with Service Based Architectures, Network APIs, Multi-cloud service provisioning, Multi-Access Edge Computing, Network Function Virtualization, Software Defined Networking, and Artificial Intelligence.

The current main research topics of the SN Research Area includes:

Junior ML Engineer

The Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) research area of the i2CAT Foundation is looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join its team to support engineering tasks in the implementation of various projects related to Artificial Intelligence applied to Cybersecurity.

The suitable candidate will join the Distributed Artificial Intelligence research area, and will work alongside a 15 member team of data engineers and data scientists with expertise in AI, Deep Learning and Disitrbuted Data Infrastuctures. DAI is an active player in the local and European R&I ecosystem and works in multiple verticals such as mobility, inustry, manufacturing and cybersecurity.

The selected candidate will begin by working on the development of a novel Elasticsearch library to streamline the current Data Science applied projects in cybersecurity. In detail, The candidate will lead the construction of a tool designed to extract actionable knowledge from Lucene-based systems and generate meaningful indicators for prior analysis using ML-based systems. The objective of this tool is to streamline the current standalone data engineering work in the ExtremeXP and Italtel projects. It will enable the creation of more automatic data-driven tools on top of Wazuh and Soluble Agents, such as OpenNac.

Main tasks:

  • Implement data processing and sharing workflows using state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Work together with DAI team members in the design of the testbed architecture.
  • Participate in the development of pilots and use cases that showcase the testebed's capabilities.

Unity Developer

The i2CAT Foundation (Barcelona) is opening a position to advance in the research and innovation field of real-time distributed video services, involving immersive media formats like volumetric video.

The candidate will join the Media & Internet Area (MIA) of i2CAT, which is composed of over 14 experienced researchers and engineers in the fields of distributed and interactive multimedia systems and media processing, and is involved in relevant R&I projects with the European and national ecosystems, in close collaboration with key players from academia and industry.

This area is seeking a highly motivated and talented Unity Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should not only have a strong background in Unity development but also skills in other programming languages, particularly in C++. Additionally, having experience in Android development and working on the maintenance of a Unity SDK would be a significant plus. The candidate will be in charge of maintaining and improving the Holoconference Unity SDK called HoloMIT, implementing new features, integrating in-house new Holographic pipelines and optimizations.

Moreover, the candidate will be involved in cutting-edge research, innovation and development tasks. All this R&I&D will shape the future of HoloMIT, collaborating hand-in-hand with experts in the media and networks domains under the umbrella of competitive national and international projects (Horizon Europe, European Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking, SNS JU), including the collaboration with highly relevant international partners from academia and industry.

The results from the planned research and development activities are expected to lead to high-impact scientific publications, technology/knowledge transfer (e.g., open-source software, patents, contributions to standards), resulting cutting-edge software and services (e.g., Volumetric Video Compression and Neural Radiance Fields), and career development opportunities (self and of supervised of highly skilled personnel).
