Reporting to the Head of the division, your main responsibilities will be:

Evaluate financial statements, trial balances, and general ledger details prepared by Finance team members along with supporting schedules, to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards;
Review journal entries for significant transactions and review Balance Sheet reconciliations of the entities of the Group in order to identify any risk or opportunities;
Prepare account reconciliations and Balance Sheet accounts fluctuations analysis and also assist in preparation of monthly Balance Sheet pack;
Prepare schedules, reports and ad-hoc analysis for each closing period as required by the Management;
Assist in managing half-year reviews and year-end audit completed by the Company's external auditors;
Research and resolve accounting issues, including evaluation, documentation, and implementation of applicable accounting pronouncements to ensure accounting policies compliance;
Ensure financial accounting system functionality is fully and efficiently utilized;
Provide accounting support to the Management on special projects as required or assigned;

Participate in migration projects of remaining entities of the Group into SAP environment focusing on R2R/A2R area; Help with standardizing accounting processes between entities from different countries,aligning the mapping and Balance Sheet presentation;
Give technical accounting support together with SAP consultants to Finance team members in resolutions of SAP change requests, ad-hoc issues and bugs raised;
Develop and document processes and procedures including leading improvements to processes when needed;
Validate inter-company reconciliations and guarantee precise recording of all inter-company transactions;
Provide support to Accounting and Controlling Director in creating monthly presentations, as required;
Act as a point of contact for any queries with other finance teams, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Requisitos mínimos

We are looking someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or financial auditing. Previous experience at a Big 4 firm a plus. Comprehensive understanding of IFRS,financial reporting, and internal control requirements
and SAP (MANDATORY).

  • Sharp eye for detail, skilled in clear communication with diverse stakeholders, and self-reliant in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Exceptional ability in financial reporting and analysis
