Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor (h/m)

The Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, conceptualizes, designs and executes the production of video content and other digital content for the company.

• Collaborates closely with Global Team, other functions, departments and affiliates on developing video and other digital concepts and projects. Ensures that matierials meet program goals, budgets.


• Works directly with external suppliers, to ensure their work is aligned with the company's brand standards and guidelines.


• Assists in designing and creating storyboards and scripts.


• Designs and delivers high quality motion graphics optimized for video/web/social media dissemination.


• Selects, edits, and incorporates third party content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as needed.


• Retouches, corrects, and color-grades video and photo content.


• Works closely with other employees / departments on multimedia presentations for meetings, conferences, etc.


• Tracks new content trends and technologies to ensure that the company output remains on the cutting edge.

• Bachelor's degree in related field with relevant technical training in video and digital design and production.


• Minimum 5 years experience in video and digital content development, with strong capabilities in graphic design and video production.


• Fluency in Spanish a must.


• C1 (Advanced) level English speaking and writing a must.


• Working with International teams is a plus.


• Strong team player able to work closely with Global teams / colleagues, corporate function/department heads and affiliate teams.


• Collaborate closely with external agencies to implement innovative motion graphic solutions.


• Graphic design, 3D modeling, and/or illustration skills are a requirement.


• Experience with video sharing.
