• Define the Global strategy for the company in terms of Talent Acquisition, Learning and development and Talent Management areas.


• Implement a model along with global standards for processes and systems.


• Define and deploy the global targets with their relevant information management system (KPIS) to monitor and control the defined global strategy.


• Assess and identify risks and opportunities with the subsequent defining and monitoring of action plans.


• Drive and mainstream best practices. Identify and mobilise benchmark plant knowledge in the plants or offices as needed.


• Validate/intervene in managing the recruitment, training and talent processes for global managerial positions.


• Ensure a continuous pool of potential candidates for managerial positions across all the organization.


• Building strong relationships with hiring managers, external stakeholders and universities and schools of reference.

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.


• Proven experience in multinational environment, in a similar corporate position.
