As a HR (People & Culture) Specialist you will have the responsibility to drive HR administration, people development, talent retention policies and communication initiatives to build strong cohesion and engagement in our team, creating an awesome workplace, and contributing to the brand awareness across the company stakeholders and market through internal and external communications actions and channels.

  • Create, implement, and evaluate all HR administration policies, procedures, and structures to ensure a proficient and compliant performance.

  • Track the main KPI's of the department to identify the main areas of improvement, proposing action plans to reach the highest level of performance in the execution of the HR operations.

  • Manage the daily interaction with employees requests.

  • Implement first class onboarding experience.

  • Investigate the market trends and propose regular updates on the remuneration package (salary, benefits, etc…) to guarantee a competitive positioning of X employee value proposition.

  • Define and track the employee performance, identifying with the support of the managers the top talent individuals and suitable career paths.

  • Contribute to the implementation of training programs.

  • Promote the company culture across offices creating effective Internal communications activities to ensure employees are informed and engaged.

  • Participate in the definition and development of the X employer brand.

  • Define events that stimulate a healthy work environment and company culture promotion

  • Gather, evaluate and transmit employee feedback (reviews, 360s, surveys) to promote continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with TA in sourcing and hiring processes

  • Collaborate with writers, editors, publications and other communication outlets

  • Collaborate in executing marketing/communication campaigns

  • Collaborate and oversee social media communications (internal and external)

  • Other HR/communications functions and projects as needed

Requisitos mínimos
  • Experience in operating generalistic HR roles in growing technology companies
