Your daily tasks will be

  • Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely human resource management advice and consultancy services to managers and staff

  • Drive improvement projects within the Labour Administration area

  • Ensure efficient and effective core HR administration and management in collaboration with HR manager and line management

  • Ensure high service delivery and execution through SAP Success Factors

  • Build cross-functional collaborations with all departments, working closely with the Ground Operations team, HSE, IT and line management

  • Travel requirements 65% of the time.



You will be responsible for

  • Act as an expert in labour legislation, ensuring correct application regarding the different aspects of the law(s) including but not limited to judiciary claims, restructuring procedures, inspections by labour authorities and employment conditions

  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and mitigation of risk(s) to the organization

  • Supporting the HR manager in different meetings and discussions with Union and Employee Representatives

  • Assist employees in answering any pertinent questions regarding regulations and policies

  • Preparation of legal documents and reports

Requisitos mínimos

This job will be for you if you are a

You are our ideal candidate if you possess

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR in a multinational organization; previous aviation and ground handling experience is an advantage

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or relevant experience from similar positions

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP SF, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed

  • Good working knowledge of local legislations, labour agreements and working practices

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify problems as well as drive appropriate solutions
