  • We offer a 7-month project at a leading FMCG company|Minimum 5 years of experience in the Rewards area

Our client is a Global multinational leader in its sector.




MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • The incumbent is responsible for budgeting and controlling the salaries and benefits budget, monitoring and controlling monthly the actual expenses vs. approved budget (APSP based).

  • Manage the administration of the employees' compensation such as: salaries, bonuses, other benefits, fringe monthly and supervises the accurate preparation and notification to Payroll.

  • Participate in salary surveys and provide data to the survey companies. Analyse the market movement in terms of benefits and compensations based on surveys results and propose the adequate actions, ensuring a competitive market position, in order to attract and retain qualified personnel.

  • The incumbent is responsible for IAs management or local to local movements in line with corporate policy and Spanish legislation. Ensures legal documentation regarding relocation/repatriation.

  • The incumbent is responsible for communication with the GBS regarding any change in employee's data, queries or any ad-hoc report.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate data in all rewards systems as well as Policies and procedures applicable in any of the market.

  • Propose the salary & benefits package based on job description and Hay position evaluation in case of new employees, lateral moves, and promotions. In case of new created position, match the position with a reference job.

  • Ensure compliance with Spanish & Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes and procedures in

  • order to avoid potential labour issues and conflicts.


We offer a 7-month project, starting in January 2024, at a leading FMCG company based in Madrid.




Requisitos mínimos
  • University Degree, Human Resources specialisation desirable.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Rewards area, Payroll and Personnel Administration in a multinational company, Finance experience desirable, experience in labour legislation.

  • Advanced level of English, good MS Office Skills (Excel advanced).
