Company with 30 years developing systems for passive fire protection of buildings, in order to ensure the safety of people and property of customers.




  • Responsible for the European recruiting process, which including job requisitions, job postings, evaluating candidates, job offers, and hiring.

  • Responsible for on-boarding all new employees.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Europe's Job descriptions

  • Administer HR employee management system including annual performance review process, objectives, and trainings.

  • Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures. Maintain company Policies and Policy Manuals. Recommend changes, improvements, and updates to corporate HR regarding employment policies as necessary.

  • Ability to provide HR recommendations to managers on how to handle/address employee relations issues.

  • Ensure that we are in legal compliance with all European Country employment laws and regulations

  • Ensure compliance with RPM's and company's process and procedures.

  • Administer annual compensation program, update compensation program, analyzing compensation market ranges (internal and external market equity), reviewing salary grades, salary surveys and providing annual salary budget increase recommendations.

  • Handle all termination paperwork, including PCNs, termination letters and benefits letters, and administering of exit interviews.

  • Oversee Europe's employee engagement programs which include employee events/activities, social responsibility and community outreach.

  • Committed to he Company's safety and quality programs

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor'sin Human ResourcesorBusinessAdministrationorequivalent

  • Experience with 3-5 years prior generalist experience.

  • Must be very proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Requires travel up to 30% within Europe to facility locations, company plants, distribution facilities and US corporate.

  • Strong English communications skills, both written and spoken.

  • May have occasional exposure to various manufacturing chemicals during travels.
