International Shared Services Center




  • Initially, to become a fully knowledgeable of the of the existing Shared Services operating



model and then, leading the required reengineering of the process with largest room for

improvement/standardization

  • Overseeing service delivery and the day-to-day operations of the SSC, ensuring that all



standards are met and procedures are followed. Establishes priorities and schedules of

main activities

  • Reviewing and monitoring SSC-related services to identify trends and problem areas,



reporting on risks, key performance indicators and proposed corrective action or new

approaches

  • Developing and implements new work methods and procedures of the SSC; recommends



procedural changes to improve SSC efficiency and ensures appropriate implementation of

decisions made by senior management

  • Planning and monitoring staffing overseeing recruitment and any other administrative



functions related to the smooth functioning of the SSC

  • Defining and ensuring the implementation of Service Level Agreements; sets standards



for quality and ensures that operational activities are implemented in accordance with

recognized procedures and guidelines and meet the established standards

  • Planning and developing SSC communication strategy and capacity development;



develops procedures and guidelines for use by the SSC customers in order to ensure

clarity, accuracy, consistency and accountability and to sustain and increase public

awareness of SSC core activities

  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with internal customers, liaising



on issues in the implementation of established policies and escalating to policy owners any

issue requiring policy related decisions

  • Promoting continuous improvement culture in finance processes focused in effectiveness,



efficiency and quality.

Requisitos mínimos



We are looking for the person with following qualifications, skills, and experience:- Degree in Business Administration or Finance- Strong knowledge of finance processes/internal controls

- Excellent level of English and Spanish is a must

- Excellent use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Power point)

Experience:

- Extent and level experience in coordinating, leading and/or managing operations and

administrative activities

- At least 8 years of experience in Accounting/Finance at a large multinational

- SAP experience is a mustSkills:- Proven track record in Project Management and process documentation

- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

- Highly organized, driven and results orientated

- Initiative and pro-active
