Requisitos mínimos
Extensive professional experience of 5 or more years in the automotive, telecommunications, or software development industry.
Educational background in engineering, preferably in telecommunications or computer science.
Proven track record of managing projects involving 10 or more software developers.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, encompassing sprint-based planning, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), etc.
Expertise in software development utilizing Python and C++, as well as proficiency in Java or C# languages.
Full professional proficiency in the English language.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Thorough understanding of technical processes related to embedded software development and testing.
