  • Succession Plan and Talent|People Engagement

Multinational company




Reporting directly to HR Manager Spain, works together with the rest of HR team, middle and senior management. Works directly with group functions (HR, Communications) in order to adapt and implement effectively group guidelines in Country

  • Development: actualize, promote and maintain a competences-based HR Management system and culture. Create and promote learning paths, both individual and collective.

  • Performance Management: train and partner managers, maintain the system.

  • Succession Plan and Talent: train and partner managers, contribute to creation of individual development plans.

  • People Engagement: Manage deployment of periodical employee survey, drive actions for improvement

  • Learning solutions: Create a growing library of learning tools / trainings and participate in deployment of training activities. Interact with providers, sectorial and national associations, University / Schools. Manage found rising .Maintain accurate and updated training records.

  • External Audits: Manage external audits full cycle (procedure, records, etc..), including ISO and Customer audits.

  • Communication: interact directly with Regional Communication manager, improve and execute country communication plan.

  • Recruiting & Selection: coordinating of all processes, both internal and external, owner for staff positions recruitment process. Interact with external providers and hiring managers.



  • Flexibility in help HR department in other tasks when needed.

Must have:
