• Monitor accounts as well as transactions, report suspicious behaviour and do alert clearing


• Investigate suspicious activity


• Sanction suspicious accounts and report them to relevant authorities


• Be responsible for all KYC-processes


• Be responsible for the tokenisation of assets


• Make sure the whole organisation is operating completely compliant with legal guidelines


• Use and improve internal alert systems and risk scoring models


• Create reports about potential high-risk clients


• Stay up to date about legal compliance requirements


• Use data analytics to perform and improve compliance processes


• Documentation of relevant compliance tasks

• This will depend on the company and its leaders, since this is not yet the concrete, official job offering, but an option for pre-application - and on you, of course


• 100% remote work with occasional trips to important client meetings and conferences

• A completed LL.B., LL.M., or another academic degree in law and/or relevant compliance education is a must


• Several years of experience as a compliance-, AML- or KYC-Analyst, preferably in the field of Blockchain


• Proven experience in Blockchain is a must


• Ability to identify, monitor and report suspicious activity


• First experiences with data analytics and relevant statistical tools is a plus


• Strong understanding of compliance regulations


• Ability to address issues and suggest improvements


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
