  • Partnering the business in defining roles and candidate profiles, identifying great Talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process

  • Reviewing job descriptions, posting jobs, CV screening, interviewing & maintaining recruitment data

  • Proactively sourcing and pipelining candidates through various channels

  • Building up a database of strong recruitment agency partners, who understand our brand and the culture of our teams

  • Support on initiatives aimed at attracting early career professionals, such as maximizing on university partnerships

  • Ensure our HR generalist team have all the necessary information for the new joiner's start

  • Support on looking for ways to improve HR processes & policies that improve the functioning of the HR team and simplify the experience of employees

Requisitos mínimos
  • + 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing for HQ/Office teams in Fashion

  • Ability to plan, prioritise and execute on a large number of roles at the same time

  • A strong understanding of recruitment as part of the overall employee experience, and ability to spot potential in candidates

  • Ease in understanding the needs of various departments, able to challenge and suggest creative sourcing strategies when needed

  • Proactivity in looking for new & modern ways to improve our way of doing things, with an interest in the role of Diversity & Inclusion when it comes to hiring

  • Acting as a great representative of the company, leaving candidates with a positive impression

  • Great attention to detail, even when working under pressure

  • High level of English
