Requisitos mínimos
+ 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing for HQ/Office teams in Fashion
Ability to plan, prioritise and execute on a large number of roles at the same time
A strong understanding of recruitment as part of the overall employee experience, and ability to spot potential in candidates
Ease in understanding the needs of various departments, able to challenge and suggest creative sourcing strategies when needed
Proactivity in looking for new & modern ways to improve our way of doing things, with an interest in the role of Diversity & Inclusion when it comes to hiring
Acting as a great representative of the company, leaving candidates with a positive impression
Great attention to detail, even when working under pressure
High level of English
