Senior Associate M&A Energy

• M&A Boutique is looking for a Senior Associate in Energy sector|5 - 7 years of experience in M&A or financing in Energy sector

The selected candidate will be in charge of performing the following functions:

• Lead M&A process in energy sector.


• Develop business plans, model scenarios.


• Support capital investment proposal and monitor performance against plan, acting as business partner of operators, developing the financial model and making the presentation to the Head of Spain

• Carrer Development


• Salary package of 70.000 to 80.000 euros + 100% bonus

• Degree in Busines Administration or Engineering.


• Excelent analytical skills


• Excelent modelling skills


• Experience of 5 to 7 years doing the functions focus in the Energy Sector.


• Experience in Investment Banking is desirable


• High level of English
