Multinational leader in the luxury cosmetics sector is looking for a PMO role with experience in finance processes. Reporting into the Head of Delivery Excellence, the mission of the area is to continuously improve the operational performance and processes, serving as the transformation force for the Group and a catalyst for process modernization and project orchestration, overseeing the project life cycle from project planning to realization.
As a Project & Performance Success Leader within the organization, you will play a critical role as Transformation driver, by managing the transformation agenda of the company (SSC) , and Value guardian, by stirring operational performance and tracking value realization.
Reporting into the Head of Delivery Excellence, the mission of the area is to continuously improve the operational performance and processes, serving as the transformation force for the Group and a catalyst for process modernization and project orchestration, overseeing the project life cycle from project planning to realization.1. As a Transformation Driver, understanding of the basics of Finance & Accounting processes, the role includes:
- MANAGE the transformation roadmap of the SSC: scan Group roadmaps, articulate Group projects and local initiatives in a consistent timeline, follow up on progress.
- ProjectRESOURCEMANAGEMENT:
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Work with functional managers to ensure availability and utilization of team members.
- Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency.
- COORDINATE & SUPPORT projects execution from framing to full adoption and run.
- ORCHESTRATE stakeholders and resources around projects (
- Transformation, Metiers' Process Owners, IT, Consultants, Temporary staff…).
- ANTICIPATE, INVESTIGATE and ALERT on potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
- TRACK cost spending & value realization as per business case.
