  • Minimum 5 years as business controller on multinational company (Retail sector)|Hard analitical skills and very high English level is a must.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR Operations, the selected candidate will be responsible of the following responsibilities

  • Liaising with the HRBPs and HR Managers across the market regions to accommodate HR and payroll needs and changes in budgets and reports.

  • Consolidating HC data,verifying consistency & reliability particularly through our HR consolidation & budgeting tool (Anaplan) Building the EMEA payroll budgets and reviewing challenging and consolidating the other region budgets and data.

  • Monitoring key KPis (Payroll, Headcounts and productivity).

  • Working closely with the central Finance team, in order to align HR & financial data.

  • Producing simulations based on changes in HCs, salary increases and the like.

  • Proposing data management improvements and new ways of strategically using the payroll information.

  • Reviewing monthly HC and Payroll actuals globally and ensuring our org charts reflects latest changes and projections.

  • Gathering, verifying and consolidating relevant information to feed reports requested by the business as well as Group.

  • Helping in the implementation or development of any budget or reporting HRIS as well as maintaining and evolving current systems.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Solid (5 years plus) experience workingin a retail related position within an HR, sales and/or controlling department.

  • Profound knowledge of the fashion and luxury industries.

  • Capable of challenging HR, finance and sales managers

  • Experience working with several countries within a matrix organization.

  • Comfortable working in a multinational environment

  • Highly skilled in reporting, analysing and simulating data drawn from various sources, with experience in elevating & simplifying data management and processes.

  • Comfortable with budget building,data consolidationand diferent peyrol data Sources.

  • Ability to act as a business partner, able to translate data in a way that helps others with decision-making planning

  • Capable of building trust with the different regional managers and managing expectations between HQ and the local markets.

  • Being proactive in suggesting improvements and collaborating with others to improve the big picture , beyond your inmediate area of work.

  • Familiarity working with a variety of digital tools, particularly when it comes to payroll, consolidation and budgeting.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
