Reporting to the HR Director, sitting amongst a team of two more Business Partners and managing an Assistant, the candidate will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy and supporting the SSC team carrying out the following functions:

  • Building strong partnerships and generating close relationships with the HR & Talent Team in the UK.

  • Initiating and driving the development of culture and engagement across the SSC teams, working the HRD to promote one vision across all areas.

  • Being a champion in the HR team for Wellbeing and Mindfulness.

  • Supporting the HR Director in the evolution of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

  • Leading the initiation and continuation of quarterly talent mapping and succession planning.

  • Leading all organizational design discussions ensuring that a long-term view is being taken.

  • Ownership of Pod headcount, working with leaders to proactively manage and resolve headcount queries, including both temp and permanent headcount.

  • Driving and continually improving the Let's Talk review process.

  • Facilitating the exit interview process and reporting your findings on a quarterly basis.

  • Distributing and discussing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports challenging with the business leaders and working with them to improve results; pinpoint key themes and patterns in order to achieve the agreed plans.

  • Being responsible for the implementation of all policy and procedures within the company, making sure that it reflects the commercial needs of the business and that it is legally compliant at all times, working closely with the HR Operations lead.

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Partner to ensure all vacancies are being fulfilled in time, and making sure that candidates have an appropriate cultural fit.


  • Being a key working partner for the Reward Partner; collaborating on major projects and sharing industry information.

  • Coordinating key activities; including annual pay reviews and bonus with full accountability for the achievement of deadlines.

  • Building a comprehensive knowledge of the pay and benefits structures internally to assist the Reward Partner.

  • Building new suggestions for relevant benefits.



Requisitos mínimos
  • Proven generalist HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of employment law and CIPD qualified.

  • Strongly results driven and delivery focused.

  • Robust enough to combine a creative, innovative approach with commercial ideas.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.

  • Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly and to be trusted at all levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver with impact.

  • High attention to detail and quick at identifying priorities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
