We are currently recruiting a Head of Madrid office for our Spanish entity, which is in the process of establishment
Multinational market leading outsourced corporate services provider. The team has been selected from a diverse background, focusing on financial, investment and legal professionals with a client services track record. With such a wealth of international experience, the company is able to deliver a bespoke suite of corporate, treasury and administrative services to the clients.




The successful candidate will be responsible to lead and manage the creation on office in Spain and to build and develop the local team, while also developing the business through their network under the lead of head of the company business development team and co-heads of real estate department.

The successful candidate will be leading the development of the office by offering individually tailored solutions to clients, including consolidation, accounting and reporting services, corporate secretary and compliance services management, controllership services, business continuity support...

  • Set up the local office (finding a location, providers, etc)

  • Develop growth strategies and plans, by researching and identifying business opportunities under the lead of head of the company business development team and co-heads of real estate department

  • Manage and retaining relationships with existing clients

  • Following industry trends locally and internationally

  • Coordinate and follow up client meetings and deliverables

  • Prepare/review financial statements, management reports, budgets and cash flow projection

  • Responsible for the transaction process during acquisitions /disposals done by our clients

  • Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements

  • Work with auditors to ensure smooth audit process

  • Work with corporate tax advisors and lawyers for the local compliance process

  • Recruit, coach and guide junior staff relative to their position and review their work

Requisitos mínimos
  • Expected 12-15 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or audit

  • Previous experience in Big4 or an international financial service provider is a definitive plus

  • Experience with international Real Estate / Private Equity structures

  • Good knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy establishing and maintaining business relationships

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, keep within tight deadlines and multi-task

  • Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
