We are looking for a Catalogue Manager in our central offices.

We have a vacancy for a CATALOGUE MANAGER who will be supporting the team by ensuring products will launch online with all the information and data.

The goal is...


- To ensure partners can showcase our product in the most premium way possible (product images and descriptions).


- The quality of the catalog on partners’ sites is a key point of our performance.



What will the role entail?


  • Manage the product data and content End to end for AWWG by clear reporting and problem solving.

  • Maintain and Optimize product data in our vendor platforms (Tradebyte)

  • Capture Partner specific requirements to ensure optimal presentation of our products on their websites

  • Proactively monitor the Article status reports from our partners

  • Track time to onboard with our partners and correct data issues when this occur to ensure our products launch on time

  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, transfer and reporting of correct and consistent data between AWWG PIM and marketplaces product systems.

  • Coordinate improvements to the product master data

Requisitos mínimos

Job Competences:


  • Great attention to details

  • Good planning, organizing, project management skills

  • Excellent PC & system knowledge, especially Excel (advanced level)

  • Result driven personality

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure


Requirements of the position:


  • Catalogue management (minimum 2 year of experience on a similar position)

  • Master Data (previous experience with databases)

  • SAP

  • English (C1)

  • Photoshop

  • PIM system
