If you speak German and English to a high level, don't miss this offer.

We are looking for a customer service agent for an expanding client company.

Where? In one of the most attractive places in Spain: Las Palmas.

What tasks are you expected to perform?

- Communicate frequently by phone, email and web with customers, offering them a solution to their problems

- Differentiate less urgent problems from more urgent ones, solving them in order of importance

- Identify any gaps in the helpdesk's problem solving and draft knowledge base documents

- Actively participate in all training activities including those in support of new technologies

- Through constant collaboration with all department staff, promote and reinforce customer service values

- If problems arise that could not be solved, report them to the designated (customer) service managers

Requisitos mínimos

What we are looking for:

- C1-C2 language knowledge: German + English

- Ability to work with a focus on results

- Good communication, teamwork and customer focus skills

- Basic knowledge of PC (office etc.)

- Availability to work shifts: 7x24 (nights and weekends from home)



What do we offer?

Possibility of joining a team. We offer a six-month contract initially. If at the end of this the working relationship has been mutually satisfactory, you can join as an employee of the company.

Holidays: 23 working days per year

You are not left alone. You will have a training period of about 3 weeks with an employment contract
