With the support of the French Talent Development Team and the Senior Coordinator for Training in Europe, you will contribute to - or be in full charge of

  • Organizing training workshops (finding the right slot, following our learning journey, allocate trainer from our trainers' pool and give them access to training material),

  • Preparing groups using different tools (our digital learning platform: PageLearning, and Teams),

  • Sending timely invitations and reminders,

  • Allocating pre-work and following-up on pre-work completion before training start,

  • Enrolling participants in our Digital Learning Platform and informing their managers.

  • Sending feedback surveys after the workshops,

  • Managing communication in Teams groups and cancellations (Learners, Managers and Trainers),

  • Tracking participants' attendance.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Previous experience(s) in the administration / coordination is wished, but we are happy to consider candidates looking for a first experience in a dynamic environment. In this case, the successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity, eagerness to learn.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and most importantly Excel (advanced capabilities)

  • An interest for the learning & development activities is needed.




  • English & French fluent

  • Conversant with Microsoft office tools - Excel most importantly

  • High level of professionalism: very good speaking skills, presentation skills.

  • High attention to detail and appetite for

  • Capacity to handle various tasks in a short time (answering stakeholders requests shortly and timely)

  • Quick learner, proactive.

  • High sense of teamwork, as the job will require lots of interactions with stakeholders with high level of responsiveness.
