IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- Communicate on behalf of the team in conjunction with regional and central communications departments
- Manage the operational service for Bosch-owned social media platforms (Social Customer Care)
- Analysis and reporting of social media activities
- Monitor and report on Bosch and its diverse products within the social web (Social Media Monitoring)
- Engagement with communities and identification of key influencers
- Identify trends and development of best practices
- Provide support to agents in responding to customers on different social media platforms and create stringent guidelines /
update of knowledge data base
- Enabling and training of other locations within the international social media network

What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Job located in Barcelona city.
- Schedule: from Monday to Sunday - Rotatives days off - Rotating Shift Morning / Afternoon
- Salary: 20.500€ gross

Requisitos mínimos
- Native level of German
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service / Social Media.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
