The Sales Manager is a key position in the Sales department to drive the relevant company growth. Key contributor in the definition of new commercial actions and providing insights to drive the company growth, he/ she will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Define together with the company's management the best sales strategy for each season and market.

  • Define commercial actions adapted to the different international markets' needs, track its evolution and propose new levers to increase its effectivity.

  • Support country managers in the management of Strategic Clients, coordinating all internal teams to ensure excellent service.

  • Manage and support the needs of a commercial team of Sales agents.

  • Analyse the market data to define new commercial actions to capture new opportunities.

  • Elaborate the required analysis to periodically track the commercial activity.

  • Analyse the clients' performance to evolve the commercial policy and improve the company's results.

  • Constant exploration and analysis of the market to better understand trends and consumers and to identify possible new business opportunities and avenues.

  • Budget planning and tracking.

  • Analyse the commercial KPIs to present then to the Board.

  • Support the key projects to evolve the commercial performance at international level.

  • Salary package: 55.000€-65.000€ + Bonus.



Requisitos mínimos

Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions and ensuring the following capacities:

  • Mandatory a high English and Spanish.

  • Availability to travel: 3 weeks based Barcelona / 1 week traveling across USA (monthly).

  • Proven experience managing external sales forces of at least 5 Sales agents.

  • Demonstrate a successful track record of capturing relevant growth.

  • Advanced analytical skills to demonstrate its ability to read, analyse and interpret market and customers' data.

  • Hard working and demanding attitude to implement dynamics for the continuous improvement.

  • Proactivity and team player.

  • Capacity of organizing and planning itself ensuring its autonomy to develop its responsibilities.

  • Rigorous and meticulous when working.
