A research assistant position is available at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in Barcelona, starting September 2023.


You will work under the supervision of Prof. Maya Rossignac-Milon and Prof. Anna Sáez de Tejada Cuenca, splitting your time between the two professors’ projects. Maya’s research examines the experience of being “on the same wavelength” and merging minds with close partners and coworkers. Anna studies consumer beliefs and behaviors regarding sustainability topics such as renewable energies and the circular economy.


The position is ideal for a recent graduate with a social sciences degree (bachelor’s or master’s) who is interested in exploring a research career in psychology, behavioral economics, marketing, or related fields. Potential candidates must be organized, autonomous, hard-working, motivated to learn, and fluent in English (at least B2) and Spanish (at least A2).


In addition, an ideal candidate may have experience reading academic papers and conducting literature searches, may be familiar with survey tools such as Qualtrics, may have experience conducting behavioral experiments (in the laboratory or online), and may be familiar with statistical software packages like R.


The compensation for this job is 1830 EUR/month (before taxes) for a full-time position, although part-time arrangements would be possible. Additionally, lunch and parking are subsidized.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Work-permit in Spain

  • BS / BA degree or Master’s degree in the social sciences

  • Written and spoken proficiency in English (at least B2)
