Our client Majorel with an office in Barcelona, is a leading Contact Center in the sector, serving clients from 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, America and Asia in more than 60 languages.


We are currently looking for a Recruiter with a native PORTUGUESE level and fluent English to their team. The person hired will join a completely new department that is preparing for strong growth in 2021, where they will find a challenging and dynamic start-up environment, as well as great opportunities to develop their career and help us build their project successfully.



In this role, you are responsible for:


- Carrying out recruitment procedures and ensure quality in the evaluation;

- Active search for candidates, conducting interviews and preparing evaluation reports;

- Collaboration with ETTs and recruitment agencies;

- Managing internal recruitment processes.



Offer:



- Salary 25.000 euros gross per year + 10% anual variable.

- Full Time: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm; Friday 9 am to 3 pm

- Contract with Majorel: 6 months + permanent.

About you:



·Full fluency in English and native level of Portuguese.

· Experience between 6 months and 1 year in end-to-end hiring processes.

· Microsoft Office Advanced.

· Good organizational skills and good detail analysis skills to ensure high precision.

· Positive, enthusiastic and cheerful attitude.
