Multinational automotive company is looking for a process engineer, based in HQ, to ensure the industrialization of new processes and support the production plants in the development.

• To give support and assessment to all plants in the development of new automatisms both in the development and the offer phase. In the event of collaboration with local suppliers, track their progress.


• Is responsible to maintain the Standard for the construction of automatic mounting machinery updated, and ensure its compliance. Ensure PFMEA analysis for processes and equipments. Develop technical data sheet for machinery


• Gives support at a CAD level to those projects which are special because of their magnitude, strategy… according to decision.


• Support at a lay-out level in all possible improvements as a consequence of Workshops.


• Must be informed in the design of new automatisms phase, in the supplier election, as well as in the construction phase. Additionally, he/she must take part in the validation of design and the mean acceptance. His/her engaging in the definition, design and construction phase will be higher if it is required by the plant's Engineer Manager for reasons of technical knowledge, proximity.


• Participation in the elaboration of offers.


• To ensure the industrialization of new Processes, and support the production plants in the development.


• Also analyze technologies that Innovation is developing right now and how to industrialize them in the most economical and robust way.


• Look for alternative technologies to those plants are using in production.

Develop your career in a top company

Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive processes

Knowledge in product process development and its Industrialization.

Good communication skills in English

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving

Preferably experience in Project Management and in the design of plastic pieces.
