General:

Responsible of OTC process, leading a team medium to large teams of 8-10 or more people under management.

Responsible of coordination with third party providers, other finance team members, operations, customer service and sales.



Point of contact and escalation of region's OtC technical and accounting issues.

Ensures OtC services provide a quality customer experience inclusive of timely and accurate invoicing, cash application, issue resolution

Implement and ensure compliance with the procedures, controls and principles set by Headquarters

Order to Cash

Responsible of the region entire OtC process including customer master maintenance, credit administration, billing cycle, collection activities, cash application processes and AR related management reporting.

Responsible of OtC process strategies to reduce DSO and past due invoices while improving customer satisfaction

Ensures dispute escalations are properly handled in a customer friendly manner

Provide reporting and analysis to generate insights within their given domain

Oversee reports accuracy and ensure compliance to internal and statutory policies.
