Key Responsibilities:

  • Information & documentation gathering from candidates & clients

  • Compliance checks of the received information

  • Checking & updating information in our Business Platform

  • Collect & upload legal and HR documentation on customer platforms

  • Generate, manage & update compliance-related reports for business needs

  • Respond to inquiries from candidates, clients, the business and administration via phone and email regarding onboarding processes and documents

  • Ensures the onboarding process meets all requirements and adheres to all employment laws specific of the country

  • Executes all pre-hire compliance related steps to determine hiring criteria within the field including, but not limited to, background checks, drug screens and verification of professional licenses

  • Notifies management and/or other departments regarding onboarding process issues; collaborates and advises as appropriate and escalates issues and concerns

  • Ensures new hire data and client data is maintained and updated in our Business Platform

  • Collect and relay compliance data to administration

  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos
  • Preferred Business Administration Degree, Law or equivalent

  • Preferred knowledge of labor/contracting law or prior work in a legal environment

  • Collaborating effectively with international team/cross-team to deliver

  • Fluency in English and French

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines

  • Ability to work independently, take initiatives, continuous improvement mindset

  • At ease with Excel
