  • Providing legal support with client contract reviews

  • Ensuring vendor risk assessments and vendor contract reviews are completed in line with the internal process.

  • Conducting data processing impact assessments.

  • Providing support during the data breach management process, data subject complaints and request process.

  • Support drafting and updating internal and external privacy policies.

  • Drive effective implementation of the team´s policies and procedures.

  • Providing legal advice regarding privacy and compliance matters.

  • Assisting with the execution of training and knowledge initiatives related to the GDPR

  • Working closely with the Data Protection Project Manager, assisting with various projects on the privacy roadmap.

  • Interaction with internal stakeholders and external clients.


  • Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years' experience in practicing Law as an Attorney.

  • Very strong work ethic and a genuine interest working in Privacy law and Compliance.

  • Specific GDPR and Compliance knowledge is desirable.

  • Fluent in English, advanced in French or German is preferable.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.

  • Proactive and positive attitude with a hands-on attitude

  • Strong team player

  • Ability to follow processes

  • Ability to deal with different topics in parallel and able to prioritize them

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of flexibility and organisation.
