Page Personnel




  • Create, advertise, and maintain job postings

  • Review applications and interview candidates for different types of positions (marketing, finance, IT, digital..)

  • Schedule interviews for our clients

  • Communicate professionally with candidates and other members of the Employee Experience team

  • Support special projects and events including but limited to career fairs, hiring events, process documentation, sourcing reports, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

  • Create and send offer documents

  • Other general administrative tasks to help support our Talent Acquisition team during the busiest months of the year


Vision on how different companies function and how to handle recruitment for a complete organization from finance to IT, from marketing to sales. Great project to learn and gain experience. The contract is for 6 months with a high potential to become permanent after this period.




Requisitos mínimos
  • Experience with or interest in Recruiting

  • Excellent command in English is a must, another EU language is a big plus

  • ** Spanish is good to have but not a must!

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to manage confidential information

  • Team player and willing to jump in where help is needed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Personable and excited to engage with future projects
