KEY INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Setup, implement and report Continuous Improvement program, according to the objectives and priorities agreed with his/her Manager.
- Lead activities and projects related to Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure that improve procedures are performed and documented in full compliance with cGMP and the company standards and according to site SOPs and Company Corporate Compliance Policies.
- Yearly preparation of improvement program.
- Coach, develop and train the organization with regard to Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence tools.
- Encourage the organization to improve.
- Member of the Board of Improve & Projects (BIP).
- Ensure the quality and update of technical documentation.
KEY SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Development of site Safety, Health and Environmental policy, follow the procedures and instructions.
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, spills and posible improvements with purpose of learning from these.
- Enforce reporting of incidents, near misses and routine risk assessment.
- Stop or halt unsafe acts or environmentally unsound activities.
KEY LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOURS:
Implement and lead Lean and Operational Excellence processes in the site. Create and develop a continuous improvement culture.
Career opportunities and professional development
Minimum 5 years experience in Continuous Improvement (fine chemicals or pharmaceuticals).
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry.
University Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy.
Good level of English and Spanish.
Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma: OEE, KAIZEN, KANBAN systems, SMED, 5S, VSM, problems solved techniques (A3, Paretos, Ishikawa Diagram, etc).
Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Minitab.
