About the role

As the Head of Technology and Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s technological landscape and driving innovation. Your responsibilities will span across IT infrastructure management, tool selection, AI integration, and strategic leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with the management team to align technology initiatives with our overall business strategy.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about AI and how it can leverage the experience of our clients, to increase efficiency to our teams, letting our talents spend time on what they are good at; has experience with CRM for recruiting firms, experience with Microsoft 360 is nice to have and leading IT infrastructure team. You will work from Barcelona and report directly to the Managing Partner.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

IT Infrastructure Management:

-Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

-Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our systems.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technology resources.

-Identify and mitigate potential risks related to technology, including cybersecurity threats and data breaches.

-Information security and regulatory compliance. Ensure information security and regulatory compliance in all technology operations, particularly concerning guest data transactions.

Tool and Best in Class Systems:

-Evaluate and select best-in-class tools, systems, and CRMs for our recruiting firm.

-Management and partnership with our IT providers to ensure we have the best systems and features for our employees and clients.

-Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

-Implement efficient workflows and processes using these tools.

Leadership:

-Champion innovation within the organization through AI with high focus on our customers.

-Stay informed about emerging technologies, innovations, and trends, including AI and data science, and assess their potential to improve the client experience and organization's operations.

-Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

-Resource and Budget Management. Supervise the technology team and efficiently manage IT resources and budget.

Strategic Contribution:

-Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring that project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time and to specification.

-Collaborate with the management team to define and execute our business strategy.

-Provide expert guidance on technology-related decisions.

-Contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Requisitos mínimos
KEY REQUIREMENTS



* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* 10-12 years proven experience in Project Management/Technology Management, or similar positions.
* Proven experience in technology leadership roles.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and the Microsoft 365 Enterprise ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, and preferably Copilot).
* Strong knowledge of AI (Copilot), machine learning, and data analytics.
* Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
* Focused on a customer-centric approach
