General:
  • Responsible of FP&A function leading a medium size team located centrally in Barcelona as well as remotely in the markets.
  • Point of contact and escalation for all FP&A matters for the COE, SSC and market teams.
  • Ensures FP&A deliverables meet or exceed quality levels and delivered within strong internal control.
  • Focus on aligning and improving processes as well as sharing best practices between markets
  • Support other departments, specially in markets Business partners and SSC RtR teams with necessary supporting information


Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Ensure the required data to elaborate the monthly management report (Data from the RtR team and non-financial data from other departments and systems) is delivered on a timely basis.
  • Responsible of the review and submission of the management reporting and in-depth analysis support for each market.
  • Responsible of supporting the Business partners based in the markets with all recurring and ad hoc analysis requested.
  • Overviews that each market Business Partners received the support to prepare forecast and budgeting
  • Monitor and review the Monthly Cash flow forecast preparation for each markets


Personnel:
  • Takes part in recruitment in the FP&A team (yearly evaluation, career path, …)
  • Ensures and promotes culture based on collaboration, teamwork, accountability, inclusiveness in FP&A team.


Communication and Reporting
  • Responsible for quality assurance of the teams reporting with every region, strictly accomplishing the deadlines


Compliance:
  • Hands on and responsible for FP&A compliance, audit and accounting questions, concerns and inquiries.
