You are responsible for the areas of: order processing, deliveries, invoicing for our subsidiaries in Germany and Spain.
Close contact and interaction with our office and Warehouse in Germany.
Client inquiries (national/international)
After sales support
inboud lead management and support to sales team as commercial back office
General administrative activities and support in organizational matters.
Direct contract with the company. Long-term employment. Modern, well-equipped, open-space offices close to Barcelona.
Requisitos mínimos
Completed business studies or comparable commercial training with work experience
Routine handling MS Office (including advanced Excel knowledge), ideally experience with SAP (Business One) and a good technical understanding of ERP process
Pro-active, independent and solution-oriented way of working
High degree of teamwork, ability to cope under stress and open for new tasks
Knowledge of GERMAN (native or bilingual) and ENGLISH (business-fluent) and FRENCH (business-fluent - it's a plus). SPANISH (a must).
