  • Do you have 2+ years of experience in customer service?|Do you speak German & English fluently? (French is a plus)


  • A growing, dynamic and international group of companies with base in Vallés Occidental.



  • You are responsible for the areas of: order processing, deliveries, invoicing for our subsidiaries in Germany and Spain.

  • Close contact and interaction with our office and Warehouse in Germany.

  • Client inquiries (national/international)

  • After sales support

  • inboud lead management and support to sales team as commercial back office

  • General administrative activities and support in organizational matters.


  • Direct contract with the company. Long-term employment. Modern, well-equipped, open-space offices close to Barcelona.



Requisitos mínimos
  • Completed business studies or comparable commercial training with work experience

  • Routine handling MS Office (including advanced Excel knowledge), ideally experience with SAP (Business One) and a good technical understanding of ERP process

  • Pro-active, independent and solution-oriented way of working

  • High degree of teamwork, ability to cope under stress and open for new tasks



  • Knowledge of GERMAN (native or bilingual) and ENGLISH (business-fluent) and FRENCH (business-fluent - it's a plus). SPANISH (a must).
