Customer Service Insurance with Franch- Night

We are hiring customer service agents with a passion for helping clients to work for an exciting project in the insurance industry. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction. 

You are going to be trained since the very first day, so you can acquire all the needed knowledge. The training is paid and takes place at workplace. 

Responsabilities:

• To know in detail the different type of policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case
• Advice and ortient customers toward an appropiate solution of their cases, offering a rapid and tailored customer care response to their needs
•  Coordinate all necessary actions to resolve clients requests.

Requirements:
