A fast-growing retail company in the sports sector
-Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively
-Be able to take accurate and concise information over the telephone
-Perform the order entry into the ERP system (SAP)
-Check stock availability and call the final consumer if there is any issue
-Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping company
-Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
-Ensure basic maintenance of Operations Systems
-Prepare and maintain customer order database and issue invoices
-Email dialogue with the customers and salesforce
-Day to day filing
Customer Service Assistant - French Speaker
-Advanced English and French
-Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports
-B2B Customer Service experience is a plus.
-Understanding of back-office Operations systems
-Proactive, problem-solver
-Computer skills: good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office.
-SAP knowledge is a plus.
