International Construction Manager

• Experience for an EPC Contractor in the PV field|Responsible for Business Development, Estimating, and Construction

• Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines, including development plans.


• Keep Board informed of overall construction activity progress & performance along with monitoring and review of construction key performance indicators.


• Provide input to constructability reviews and manages the contractor activities.


• Cooperate with all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times.


• Supervise & lead teams.


• Manage the construction package elements of the procurement process.


• Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget and other established metrics.


• Care for and sustain business relationships with multiple clients. Attending follow-up meetings with clients.


• Responsible for Business Development, Estimating, and Construction as well as follow through with existing clients.

International career development.

• A degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering with international mobility.


• At least 8 years' experience as construction manager working for an EPC Contractor or main subcontractor within the solar PV Industry. Strong project management, communication, reporting and organizational skills.


• Fluency in Spanish and English.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Excellent IT Skills, AutoCad, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


• Project Management, HSE and QA/QC experience.
