Agribusiness Advisor key responsiblities;
- The Agribusiness Advisor will be expected to collaborate with the Ministry of Agriculture on agribusiness projects and agribusiness park development.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact agriculture value chains, focusing on export potential and implementing policy strategies.
- Support efforts to improve the business environment and policy framework for export-oriented value chains.
- Address institutional gaps hindering local agro-processing and market access.
- Coordinate closely with teams, government, and international partners for value chain analyses and implementation support.
- Enhance market access for Togo's agricultural products, especially local agribusiness SMEs.
- Assist in packaging export and local transformation agro-processing projects.
- Facilitate interactions between MAPAH and global agribusiness investors.
- Support the Country Head in strategic initiatives and local analyst development.
