From our Barcelona office we are looking for a RUF Support Engineer for an important company located in Barcelona.

Key Responsabilities:

o Actively participate in the New Products Industrialization phase working closely with R&D and NPI to ensure product is optimal from Operations perspective (manufacturability, serviceability and cost).
o Drive serviceability strategy definition, serviceability inspections and lead the documentation preparation and deployment to internal factories (user guide, service manual, site preparation guide, installation guide, service kits).
o Ensure all product subsystems can be repaired in Factory within a minimum time range.
o Work with Quality, R&D and Engineering teams to ensure product has enough diagnostics and alarms (Astromech) to be able to troubleshoot any issue properly.
o Drive the different training initiatives to deployment FSE knowledge to the RUF maintenance & support team as well as the basic operator training.
o Stablish clear and effective processes to escalate product issues between RUF and GBU engineering teams in order to oversee good OEE metric. Be closely connected to GBU engineering team to avoid long periods of machine downtimes.
o Create a newsletter communication being connected to the progress and milestone achievements of RUF team.
o Support the organization of different events and presentations HP is going to share for internal and external stakeholders at DFactory.

Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree Industrial or related engineering discipline.
o Business management Master will be a plus.
o Previous experience in a high volume manufacturing environment will be a plus.
