  • Strategic position|Leading international company in the sector

Leading international company in the sector. This position is based in Madrid but we don't discard other options.

  • Will be in charge of the Sales of all products and services portfolio.

  • In charge of business development and negotiation strategy with customers to get orders to achieve the order intake strategy/objectives.

  • Work closely with all BU's representative to develop and implement the Sales strategy.

  • Ensure the implementation of the sales and operational (proper tender execution) strategy of his scope of responsibility.

  • Follow-up customer satisfaction KPI's and objectives fulfilment.

  • Support on definition strategic plan / Budget for the region

  • Local lobbying

Requisitos mínimos
  • MANDATORY: experience in sales in the railway sector.

  • Organisational structure understanding.

  • Strategic thinking. Able to build and lead sales strategic business plan.

  • Excellent communication and influence skills: credibility in discussing strategic initiatives with senior leadership. Capacity to interact at highest level management within the Company and Customers environments

  • Presentation skills: concise, cogent strategic and results oriented on outlines and presentations.

  • Consultancy skills and ability to sell Diplomacy, negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Relationship skills: Identify decisions makers and increase customer intimacy

  • Results and objectives fully oriented.

  • Strong financial knowledge. Able to understand financial side of business.

  • Technical Sales leadership experience in a competitive environment (preferably but not exclusively with the rail industry) involving high level negotiations with partners.

  • Understanding customer's strategy and needs and how our solutions can support them.

  • Long term sales development in an engineering or marketing environment.

  • Experience with managing and delegating responsibility with functional & hierarchical teams.

  • Experience in formulating and implementing business development in an international and multifunctional environment.
