Perfil Scrum Master (Inglés alto)

From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Scrum Master profile with at least 3-4 years of experience.

Project Duration: Stable

Work mode: Full remote.

Location: Madrid.

Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities / Role:

As a Scrum Master you'll be responsible for:

- Driving the Product Owner and the Scrum team to deliver the backlog of requirements.

- Attending committees and reporting progress and milestones using Agile tools to stakeholders to track various deliveries.

- Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality.

- Holding regular retrospectives to encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

- Removing any impediments within the scrum team and stakeholders.

- Working with team members to establish a positive working culture and a high-performing team

Mandatory skills:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment, ideally in financial services industry.

- Ability to work with multiple squads. Guide and coach, the teams on implementing Agile/Scrum practices and principles.

- Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality.

- Sound knowledge with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
