Logistics multinational company.




Reporting to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will be responsible of the following functions:

  • Establishing and growing the brand in Iberia and driving brand awareness and relevance amongst the target audiences.

  • Develop the marketing strategy in Iberia consistent with the overall global marketing strategy and implementation roadmap.

  • Drive digital-first, consumer-centric approach across all aspects of the business.

  • Lead, activate, and execute consumer communications across all channels.

  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interest ultimately driving consumer conversion.

  • Initiate, develop and execute event strategy.

  • Develops messaging and positioning that attracts, engages and helps to solidify business sales and opportunities, across all channels including on the web, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, sales collateral, presentations, events and sponsorships.

  • Tracks marketing campaign effectiveness across all channels (online and offline) and uses data to inform and guide new/evolving tactics that result in effective lead generation and/or customer retention.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree.

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a Marketing Manager position.

  • Experience in Multinational and start up environments.

  • Passionate about different marketing tools and strategies.

  • Proven experience with web, social, and paid analytics tools.

  • Abilities to make and manage reports.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience leading strategic marketing initiatives and driving alignment with cross-functional teams and leaders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strategic planning, critical thinking and pro activity.

  • Strong analytical skills: extracting and handling business and performance data.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and abilities to manage priorities.

  • Open minded and strong social, intercultural and interpersonal skills.
