Create and maintain monitoring of performance KPIs by channel and client.
Monitor and manage IP/domain reputation and run daily seed tests to ensure outstanding deliverability.
Investigate, diagnose, and remediate email deliverability issues with urgency, communicating with the business on progress, and resolution.
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute improvements to digital channels.
Manage ESP vendors and cultivate relationships with ISPs.
Manage creative vendors in copywriting and design.
Help continuously improve by identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on data and evolving industry standards.

Requisitos mínimos
3+ years of work experience in a data-driven email deliverability role
Expertise in authentication protocols (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and regulations (e.g.,anti-spam legislation)
Strong working knowledge of 3rd party delivery tools (e.g., SendGrid, Brevo, CM,Vonage, Marketing Cloud) and deliverability analysis tools (e.g., eDataSource,
ReturnPath, etc.)
Data analysis and quantitative skills
SQL and HTML proficiency highly desired
Ability to build trust with internal and external partners with a strong desire to help them succeed.
Superb written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong interest in leveraging technology to increase efficiencies and improve internal processes.
